Impressive Austrian 'Victoria' Heavy Porcelain & Metal Vase/Basket

Victoria is a leading porcelain manufacturing company in Austria. The stamp 'Victoria' usually comes with a crown symbol above it. This piece is only marked 'Victoria' with a four digit number (difficult to decipher) inscribed on the metal rim.

Metal portions are very solid - either a brass or bronze or mixture of the two. Not entirely sure.

The images on the porcelain appear to be engraved on.
