Impressive White metal and Enamel MEDAL possibly Masonic or Royalty ?

Large, 60mm diameter and well constructed piece.

It appears chromium plated. Enameling perfect. The loop at the top loose on one side.

Looks like those big medals royalty wear but I doubt that this is one as it would then be in White gold or platinum.

The makers mark on this item is indistinctive so it could be a repro. ????
