Hardcover without jacket. Age toning present to boards with some sunning to spine and boards show some marks and wear. Still a good, sound copy. Please see pics.


"A deep desire to honour in a particular manner the memory of the 1820 Settlers this year by an organised 'Pilgrimage' over the route they used 136 years ago when they came to settle in Albany and Bathurst has been one of the chief reasons for recording in the following pages little known facts of history concerning them. Coupled with the 'Pilgrimage' there has been the desire to mark the Route unmistakably so that it may be pointed out with certainty to later generations. To give effect to this, plaques will be erected at several important points on this historic route."
