The seller was quick to respond and make contact in order to ensure payment was made. A list of resorts were also e-mailed quickly. The ad was, however, in my opinion misleading. I still haven't seen the "self-catering chalets" which were mentioned. All resorts/hotels have relatively high mandatory changes, either by means of game drives, meals, etc. Won't fall for it again!

Service was good - timely delivery of requested information, and bought items. However the ad was misleading, in that it did not mention mandatory meal charges from the hotel / resort. I think that leaving this information out was deliberate. Is it possible to get a refund because of this?
