IT HAS THREE TIERS. THE BOTTOM TIER HAS 12 GORGEOUS CUPCAKES HOLDERS, THE MIDDLE HAS 8 AND THE TOP HAS 4.

THERE IS A LOOP AT THE VERY TOP FOR EASY CARRYING.
