The name Benjarong was derived from Bali and Sanskrit words Benja and Rong, meaning literally Five Colors. Five Colors really means many colors because the hand-painted pieces are usually decorated in three, five, eight colors, or even more.

Although I am a passionate lover of vintage and antique treasures, I am not an expert antiques dealer and can, on occasion, mistakenly identify items. I try my best and spend a lot of time researching every piece, as this is the passion that drives me - the history and stories behind each piece.
