This British machine is equipped with a 3kw 3-phase motor as well as a home-made guide, Its new replacement value is in excess of R 350 000. Cutting height is approximately 500 mm and maximum cutting width is approximately 700mm. Blade length is 5000 mm and maximum blade width is approximately 75mm.

It is in good allround working condition with some areas of surface rust that needs attention. It can do with a paint job as well. It comes with a minimum of five blades in various sizes (which are worth at least R 5000 by themselves).

I used it to cut up wet logs into planks but it can be used for construction purposes, general heavy carpentry as well as cross-cutting of logs for firewood, etc.
