Dual MOSFET IC, Half Bridge, 10V-20V Supply, 250mA Out, 660ns Delay, SOIC-8Product OverviewThe IR2153SPBF is a self-oscillating Half-bridge Gate Driver IC incorporates ahigh voltage half-bridge gate driver with a front end oscillator similar to theindustry standard CMOS 555 timer. The IC provides more functionality and iseasier to use. A shutdown feature has been designed into the CT pin, so thatboth gate driver outputs can be disabled using a low voltage control signal. Inaddition the gate driver output pulse widths are the same once the risingunder-voltage lockout threshold on VCC has been reached, resulting in a morestable profile of frequency vs. time at start-up.
