MOSFET Driver 3 Phase, High Side & Low Side, 10V-20V supply, 500mA peak out, 70Ohm output, LCC-44Product OverviewThe IR2233JPBF is a high voltage high speed power MOSFET and IGBT Bridge Driverwith three independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels for3-phase applications. Proprietary HVIC technology enables ruggedized monolithicconstruction. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to2.5V logic. An independent operational amplifier provides an analogue feedbackof bridge current via an external current sense resistor. A current tripfunction which terminates all six outputs can also be derived from thisresistor. A shutdown function is available to terminate all six outputs. An opendrain FAULT signal is provided to indicate that an over-current or under-voltageshutdown has occurred.
