About Wu-Long Tea
Wu-Long tea is widely known by scientists to increase metabolism and fat burning. Some studies suggest that it burns fat better than green tea by 157%. Studies have shown repeatedly that drinking Wu-Long increases energy expenditure. They further state that drinking Wu-Long tea daily may also be useful for control of diabetes mellitus.
