To add a layer of protection to your aura, shake the bottle a few times and spray in a circle above your head in a clockwise motion three times.

You can also spray once over your crown when you feel you really need it.

Stand to the right of an open door or window and spray around the room in a circle going clockwise till you come back to the same point.
