They are strong and sturdy, with a stainless steel band around the base and screw top mouthpiece. These are low resistance and have a large capacity. Filling is easy.  Just unscrew the mouthpiece and fill up the tank.  Replacing coil heads is a snap too.  Simply take off the old one and screw on another.
