Description:
INSTA-CAL provides bio-available calcium for lush growth of purple, pink and green calcareous algae's, snails, hard tube worms and clams. Corals will open more and stay attached to their skeletons better, with regular use. Phosphate & nitrate free! Contains no gluconates, EDTA, or other organics to raise DOC levels, as many competing products do. This product is the main ingredient in other calcium supplements in economical dry form! INSTA-CAL alone can provide all the calcium your reef will need. Strontium addition via use of MARINE STRONTIUM SUPPLEMENT is absolutely necessary.
Dosage:
Adding 5ml per 100 Liters of Aquarium water will elevate the calcium level by approximately 20ppm. It is best to dissolve the powder prior to dosing, otherwise add in it to your sump.
Frequent use will require alkalinity to be monitored.
