Instaform mouldable plastic

We would like to present our new product InstaForm for your consideration. This product trades overseas under the name InstaMorph. It is offered in a 150g jar and retails for R 89.99. it is a revolutionary thermoplastic, set to have a major impact on model making and prototyping. When formed, it has all the characteristics of a tough “engineering” material. 

With InstaForm you can repair or make anything, well almost. InstaForm is far too versatile for us to describe each and every possible application, your imagination is your limit. It is re useable, strong, non toxic and food safe.

InstaForm pellets are added to water from 60 degrees Celcius  upwards at which point they become transparent. They can then be removed from the water and formed into any shape you wish. Once the InstaForm cools at room temperature, it returns to white in colour and is as rigid as any injection moulded plastic. To expedite cooling, it can be submerged in cold water.

InstaForm is ideal for off-roaders, fixing a bracket, plugging a hole, even making a spanner. It has unlimited uses and can be used for the following :

MOST important to note is that it is 100% re-useable. If you are not happy with your first attempt - maybe the fit is not as tight as you want it to be -  just put it back in the hot water, wait for it to become clear and start again. Once you have replaced the part, or have no more use for it, you can just cut it up into smaller pieces, put it back in the jar until the next time that you may require it.
