 So the steps are:

1. Boil the pad for around 7 minutes till ALL crystals are melted and only liquid remains. 

2. Click the disc whenever you want that stored heat energy to warm the pad to 54 degrees. (even if the pad has been stored for years, if you click the disc, the heat process starts without any need for electricity, or microwave)

3. Once it has used up all its heat, boil it again, let cool and store it for future use again. :)

Normal Domestic Parcels are sent to your local Post Office branch for counter collection only (local branch to you loaded Bid or Buy address) Please note that I do not know which Post Office this will be. This can be checked on Post Office Tracking website. 

Once a Tracking number is confirmed it is up to the buyer to check and track parcel via Speed Services / SA Post Office website. The seller will not be liable for any missing, damaged or lost parcels or items from parcels once the parcel has shipped. Any such incidents must be taken up with Post Office / Speed Services. Please note that you do have the option of insurance on items but you must request this before checkout and payment to add the extra cost. The seller will not be liable for any uncollected items. If an item is uncollected and returned by Post Office to seller, the buyer will have to carry additionalcosts for item to be shipped again.
