CUSTOM FIT INSTANT SMILE IN JUST 2 SIMPLE STEPS:

STEP 1: To make the silicon flexible and ready to custom-fit to your existing teeth, lower the Instant Smile with the silicon strip inside with a spoon or a fork into a cup of boiling water for one minute. Do not let the silicon drift away from the white teeth, if it does just press it back in. Remove with a spoon or fork when silicon turns clear and soft. Caution: Instant Smile will be hot. Wait 10-15 seconds before handling.

STEP 2: In front of a mirror, firmly position Instant Smile with the silicon in place over your existing upper teeth. Press Instant Smile firmly against your teeth. Place a piece of cotton wool between your upper and lower jaw and gently close your mouth, keeping the Instant Smile still in one place for two minutes. This is very important to fix the Instant Smile in a stable position.
