Delivery time can be up to 10 working days because we have to build the PC first, from scratch and test it.

Windows OS comes installed on the PC ready for work or gaming but "NOT ACTIVATED" meaning you'll have to purchase the license separately either from us or another reseller.

If assistance is required for setting up (activating windows, work programmes etc,) you can request it and it I'll be free of charge.

If any extra components are required e.g., a second drive, or Bluetooth/ WiFi dongle etc please let us know but it will be at an additional cost.
