XMS 2 -DDR2 800MHz - 4X1GB Dimms of Corsair XMS 2 -DDR2 800MHz RAM, stable at 900MHz at 1.9V stock latencies. Haven't needed or tried to go higher.
Used as a gaming machine with light overclocking for fun - temperature and voltage all kept at conservative levels - should be plenty of life left! Only used with air-cooling.
