The cut and fit of the 2009/10 Inter Milan Home Men's Football Shirt reflects the best of Italian tailoring by taking Milans innate sense of style from the catwalk and boutiques on to the football pitch. The shirt features the Nerazzurris classic black and royal blue stripes with a round-neck collar and cuffs with a thin white stripe. These famous stripes echo an earlier design that was worn during the 1965/66 season when Inter Milan won their tenth Scudetto, thus earning the star that now sits proudly above their club crest. The crest is enclosed in the colours of the Italian flag to celebrate Inters first Scudetto a hundred years ago. In Italy, the reigning champions are granted the honour of wearing the flag on their kit. Inside the collar is a high quality woven label with the city of Milans flag, while engineered in to the side seam is a small label that reads Inter Centenario Del Primo Scudetto- 1909/10 which translates as Centenary of the first Scudetto. The shirt is made from Nikes Dri-FIT fabric, which keeps players drier, cooler and lighter by drawing sweat from the body to the fabrics surface, while its three-dimensional construction gives more air space around the skin to reduce clinging.
