Interesting lot of vintage war memorabilia for 1 bid. I bought this on auction as a lot, with items dating from the Anglo Boer war onwards. The lot includes:

  • Documents including a 1901 appointment of A.H. Hirst to compile a military stock list, a 1902 Riding Pass and a Remembrance Card for C.W. Hirst.
  • A Light Imperial Horse Unit badge.
  • A sewing kit.
  • A marquetry cigarette case.
  • Military badges including a silver WW2 Victory pin, a pin with an Aeroplane, a M.O.T.H badge etc.
  • Military buttons and rank.

The items are generally in good condition - documents show age wear. Great buy - 1 bid for the lot.
