Just like the rest of your body, your vagina and pelvic floor need to pump weights too. 

Designed to build up your pelvic floor strength, our weights are intended to be used daily for 10-20 minutes a day. Starting from the lightest weight, you will be able to work your way up to the heaviest in a few weeks. 

What makes us different? You can't hear them! Traditional Ben Wa balls clink together as you move ours are silent which means you can challenge yourself to a grocery store run whilst you work out talk about multi-tasking!
