This artist from Kutahya, Turkey normally has his hand made plates and other items sold at auction houses. You can find the odd one here or there, and I am Blessed enough to have one of them. I have tried to show that the red and white detail is raised (in the 3rd pic I have deliberately put reflections in the pic). As you can see it is signed and numbered and has the hole to hang. No cracks or chips.
