IOM WW11 RUSHEN INTERMENT CAMP 1940 POSTCARDS

One postcard was mailed from the Ballaqueeney Hotel in Port St Mary. The wives of internees were allowed tow hours with their husbands once a week at the hotel. This card mailed on Sept 17 1940 from Port St Mary and postmarked at the nearby Port Erin.

Red Official paid Nov 19 1940, cancellation return address: Rushen Camp Port Erin IOM. Some literature included with these.
