We have tried everything to activate the ipad from iTunes, to 3uTools but to no avail

We do not know any of the specs, as it was bought in a batch of items and included in the sale. 

Again, the ipad will not activate 

No refunds or returns as we have clearly stated the issue with the ipad


The ipad switches on, touches, and has no phyiscal damage
