The device is working but we can't get passed the screen indicating "Unable to Activate"

We don't know why this screen is showing

Sim Card Tray is bent - it is included with the sale.

The screen is still working with NO cracks, everything else was functioning until a recent update.

We are however selling the device as spares with no accessories included.
