This is an Apple iPad Mini (1st Generation)

Black in colour with 64Gb of memory and Wifi+Cellular connectivity.  It was purchased December 2012 from the iStore and is not network locked.

The condition is excellent.  It has a small mark on one of the corners as below.  The screen is spotless, no scratches,marks or anything else.  No other marks anywhere else on the device.  It still has the box, charger, cable, all the plastic packaging as when it was new.

It is in perfect working condition.
