*Screen protector has a crack in it so needs to be replaced.

*The LCD was repaired at some point but was not done at the apple store, hence the "Unknown Part" entry in Parts & Service (pic 5)

*The replacement LCD has a burn in issue, noticeable in pic 3,4 & 5. A proper LCD replacement can solve this issue.

* Lastly, the surname is blurred in pic 3 for privacy reasons and is not a fault of the phone.
