Iphone 4 32Gb in 8/10 physical condition. Actual phone is depicted below.

 

Phone was purchased at an auction and was working on all networks. Everything on the phone was working until i tried to update the phone. The phone does not go passed connect to itunes and shows error 11 when I do so. I read on some forums that i have to downgrade the OS which I do not know how to do thus I am selling the phone.

Package includes phone and generic usb cable.

Well as i am not in possession of a IPHONE 4 32gig i cant really be all that positive unless the seller sees fit to refund me?
