Everything works perfectly except the sound buttons (the ringer slide button still works fine) and the home button works intermittently.

It works most of the time, but you have to click a few times. If you want you can fix it, but I've been using the assistive touch button, which I think is awesome.

The assistive touch is a white ball on the screen that acts like a home button and has other functions, you can even change the volume and has other functions. https://support.apple.com/en-za/HT202658 (link for assistive touch). Please see pictures below.

Few scratches and dents, nothing serious, both covers cover everything up.

Bundle includes IPhone 4s, Genuine adapter, 2x Generic Charging/data cable (one cables tip is cello taped, still works fine) plus car charger. Ferrari michael Schumacher signed cover and Body glove cover. Brand new screen protector, not on the phone also included.
