The phone is in an excellent condition, no major scratches and fully functional. Not locked to iCloud account. It is however NETWORK LOCKED. There are various ways to unlock the phone, but I haven't had the time to do so; hence the discounted price. There is something called an "R Sim" which can apparently be used to bypass the network lock, I have not looked into it much but it seems to work; there are even some sellers on BidorBuy selling the "R Sim" for cheap. This phone can also be used for its parts. Sold as is, no returns.
