The Winner's iPod!! Rolling to Victory!
At the Look and Feel Good Expo in 2014, sitting on a chair I saw that a prize could be won at the Freshpak stand.
I approached the stand and drew a teabag with a string out of a bucket which supposedly were a "good one" as it allowed me to progress to the next round if I got the answer correct on the tag.
I did, and I made it to the next round, which entailed some more questions about the Freshpak products and new range for kids and babies, which I didn't know about, but luckily, having had a look around the stand and being a little savvy, I got the answers right, which in turn meant that the last "obstacle" to winning an iPod would be, one of the nice girls working at the stand that asked me the questions was going to show me where I need to throw the hairy tennis ball to make it stick on the outskirts of the correct picture that were made out of velcro, at this point a very unsure way of actually winning an iPod. My questions were: not sure if it will actually stick on the velcro, and it should be closest and sort of hang towards the correct block with the picture, meaning it is surrounded by other pictures as well, not at all a guarantee that it will work and sort of lean towards the correct picture.The competitive sports man in me coming to the forth, and I was ready for the challenge, then she revealed the picture I had to throw the ball to, and it ended up being the one at the right bottom border with velcro surrounding it everywhere, with me being nervous, whether I will actually be throwing it accurately enough to attach to one of the borders, and the ego of being a man, a guy coming from a farm having thrown around stuff almost everyday, I just had to make it! But then, it also helps eliminating risks to achieve the success of winning something even if it meant that I won't be able to show off my throwing skills and please my ego, so I decided to roll it to the picture and it attached to the velco, and yay, I won the iPod shuffle!
