The sensor module adapts to ambient light, having an infrared emitting and receiving tube. The transmit tube emits infrared of a certain frequency, when the direction of an obstacle is detected (reflection surface), the reflected infrared is received by the reception tube. After the comparator circuit processes the signal, the green light will turn on, the signal output interface will output a digital signal (a low-level signal). You can adjust the detection distance potentiometer, the module has an effective distance range of 2 ~ 30cm. The working voltage is 3.3V- 5V.
