This is a RARE item from the early 1900's. A Landscape Watercolor Print (colored by hand) done by the Artist Luca Chioffi, of ISOLA BELLA which is one of the Borromean Islands of Lago Maggiore in Northern Italy. Isola Bella is 320 m long and 400m wide and is divided between the Palace, its Italianate garden and a small fishing village. The Island was visited regularly by Napoleon Bonaparte and his wife Josephine de Beauharnais. 

The Watercolor Print has been colored by Hand and is executed on PERIOD paper. The artist has signed this work and Titled it at the bottom in Pencil.     LUCA CHIOFFI was born and raised in ITALY in the early 1900's. His works are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find

The Frame has Protective Glass and a brass hook/clip is attached at the back for it to be hung up. The WC Print was framed in GERMANY as labels on the back attest

Frame, Glass and Watercolor Print are in PERFECT condition with NO damages or breakages.
