ISRAEL GREENBERG & CO !! Antique Set of Originally Boxed Butter Knives with Mother of Pearl Handles

EXTREMELY RARE ANTIQUE SET OF BOXED BUTTER KNIVES WITH MOTHER OF PEARL HANDLES - SILVER PLATED FERRULES - MANUFACTURED BY ISRAEL GREENBERG & CO      c 1910 - 1920

An Absolutely immaculate and well looked after set of Six Antique Butter knives with Mother of Pearl handles and Silver Plated Ferrules attaching stainless steel blades to Mother of Pearl handles.  The Set comes in its ORIGINAL Box which is covered in a Black Leatherette material and has a SILK inner lining on the inside of the Lid and Blue Velvet Lining with recesses for the Set to fit comfortably. The box opens and closes by means of a brass spring clip mechanism and is hinged.

EACH individual butter knife is stamped/Hallmarked on the blade with the ISRAEL GREENBERG Hallmark. The Israel Greenberg & Co came into being in 1909 with Israel Greenberg being the Sole director. He passed away on 18th Oct 1926.

This is an EXTREMELY RARE and Collectable set as the ISRAEL GREENBERG & Co did not manufacture these items again after his passing in 1926.  This set is from a Pvt Collection and is also in PERFECT condition with NO rust, patina, stains, scratches, damages or breakages and NONE of the Six Butter knives are bent.        The box has age related wear (minor) on the outside but is PERFECT on the inside.
