Italian Figurine

On offer here is an Italian figurine of a Clown balancing on a Bicycle. It was sold to me as Capodimonte but it is only marked "Italy" on the underside of the base, so for accuracy sake am mentioning that I am in fact not 100% sure whether it is Capodimonte or not. It also has the artist's signature on the base, what looks like "Kvu Z/3" (see pic below). The figurine stands 15cm tall and is 14cm long. In good condition apart from a very small glaze chip (half the size of a matchstick head) on the underside of his lower shoe's sole at the back.
