Description
This 19th Century Jasper Ware Sugar Shaker (Muffineer) made by Wedgwood dates from before 1890 when the word England was added to the back-stamp. This has been confirmed with the Wedgwood Museum, UK who date this item to Circa 1880.
It is in immaculate condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.
The top and the rim, marked EPNS, show some very minor plate loss.
This Victorian Sugar Castor measures 14.5 cm in height to the top of the finial with a base diameter of 6.7 cm
