This highly sought after flying seagull is in good condition with the exception of a white spot on the right wing tip. To me it appears to be something which has adhered to the wing rather than a chip. Please see the close up photo and make your own decision. It is an old item which hung in the lady's home for over 30 years. Length from wing tip to body is 30cm and from beak to tail is 24cm.
