One bid for all 3x SPECTACULAR, matching items!!! Apparently they are hand-painted. Unfortunately, these photos do these magnificent items NO JUSTICE!!! They are beyond beautiful. This trio of matching peacocks, with LOTS of gold/gilt detail is very rare! The trio consists of 2x medium-sized vases and 1x table lighter. The vases are both Stamped: JAPAN. Their Backstamp dates to between 1890 and 1921, whereafter the Backstamp changed to Made in Japan. Both vases have incredible detail with LOTS of gold/gilt detail. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to photograph all the gold/gilt detail, as it comes out as "grey", which is such a pity, as the amazing beauty can only truly be seen and appreciated when looking at them in person. Believe us! THEY ARE TRULY STUNNING!!! Size of each vase is approximately 6cm wide (at the base) x 21cm high. The matching table lighter is approximately 6cm wide (at the base) x 14cm high. It is Stamped: Yamato - 1886 - JAPAN. The lid also has 2x Stamps/Imprints: 1x inside the lid - KOEI UNICON K.F. and 1x on the side of the lid: JAPAN. The lid has some rust / age spots, as can be seen in the photos below. However, all 3x these items are in EXCELLENT CONDITION! With NO chips, cracks or marks. White specs or marks you may see are only reflections from the camera's flash. Please note that in the photos below you will only see about a quarter of all the gold/gilt detail. It is FAR MORE breathtaking in person. Also, they are slightly darker blue than how it appears in the photos (genuine cobalt blue). The camera's flash makes them appear slightly lighter than what they are. POSTAGE R70 for the trio. No combining with these items for safety / protection reasons.
