This auction is for a stunning, Brand New, but deboxed, 2013 Monster High 'Scare Mester' Invisi Billy doll and he is made by Mattel.  Stunning Invisi Billy is all original, wearing all of his original attire and has never even been displayed. Only deboxed for transportation purposes, but never got round to display him. Gorgeous, collectible doll for playtime or for displaying in your collection!
