This Smurf is an absolute CLASSIC!! EXCELLENT CONDITION !! He has a tiny White Spot on 1 Finger ! Still Looks GREAT !! 

He is the Medium Blue Skin Variant !!

All white/shine markings on the photo's that have not been described are just glare from the camera !!

1990's smurfs were made in far fewer numbers than the  '70's and '80's smurfs and have become very Rare, hard to find and high in value... a lot of Smurfs made in the 1990's have higher values than many of the 1970's and '80s Smurfs because of their rarity!!!!  This is a very sought after and RARE Smurf World wide.
