The TV does work but the picture struggles to come on sometimes. It has to be switched on and off before the picture comes on. The sound works perfectly. When switched on the sound plays and a vague picture comes to the screen. When switched off and on again the picture returnes to normal as shown per photos. Sometimes it has to be done a couple of times before picture returns normally
The TV can be fixed, but that is for the buyers expense. We are buying a new smart TV.
