Red Lentil Fusilli Pasta (250g) is made with 100% Red Lentils and nothing else. Extremely versatile and so yummy with a variety of sauces and flavours. Combines an umami earthy flavour with high protein and fibre that's also gluten-free!

100% Red Lentils
Add the pasta to rapidly boiling, salted water. Use a timer from when the pasta is put into the pot. Cook for 6-8 minutes until 'al dente' (slightly chewy but not hard, depending on preference). 250g pack serves 4.

Tip: for a delicious homemade vinaigrette to pour over cold lentil pasta, try cup extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons vinegar of choice (balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar), 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, 2 medium cloves garlic, pressed or minced, teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste, and freshly ground black pepper! (keeps for 1 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator).
