I have two pairs which are in very good condition. I don't know where they were used previously, but they do have letters and numbers written in white on them as can be seen in the picture.

They are model CST-255 and they have separate volume controls in each ear, and there is a control to change from Stereo to Mono. They have the 6mm jack-plug but converters for the smaller plug are available at electronic stores.
