IVORY "CATCH THE BALL" POSSIBLY VICTORIAN PERIOD
I have researched this piece and have not found much information on it, maybe someone else knows more but as far as I can ascertain, this was a game played in victorian times. This piece can be found on victorian walking sticks. This was apparently inserted into the top of the walking stick and when the gentlemen became bored they played the game of catch the ball. This piece looks like it was a stand alone piece. This is made out of Ivory, which has lovely carvings on it.
