The iWeld TIG 200i AC/DC PULSE inverter is a robust, generator-friendly machine designed and manufactured for operation under demanding industrial conditions. The advanced power input system will detect and handle a voltage drop or a spike of up to 20%. This will not only safeguard the machine against damage resulting from erratic power supply, but will also ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation. The two main built-in functions, pulse welds and high frequency ignition, ensure professional ease of welding and high-quality welds. The pulse function facilitates control over the welding process and prevents burn-through on the workpiece. The high frequency ignition creates a very soft start arc as well as maximum arc control. This obviates the need to touch the workpiece with the tungsten electrode. Both functions have a great advantage when welding thin material. The iWeld TIG 200i AC/DC PULSE inverter's selection panel allows welding with either AC or DC current - in AC mode for aluminium welding or in DC mode for all steel and steel alloy materials. It has good static characteristics, their dynamic performance is equally good and they are manufactured in accordance with IEC60974-1.

  current output allows continuation of a weld seem. Using a foot control
  adds to welding efficiency, reduces difficulties during the welding process
  and improves welding quality.
