Back in the early 90s I made the aquaintance of Jim Kingshott due to our
common love of building woodworking hand tools. During the course of our
friendship, he sent me this chisel to try at the bench. Although Japanese
tools are among the finest in the world, I never got used to the difference.
I think this is a cultural issue and personal work-style. There is a tiny nick
in the edge, so it will need to be re-sharpened.
