From J&G MEAKIN (ROYAL STAFFORDSHIRE), this 25-piece TEA SET in the brown Stratford Stage pattern, which depicts a town scene with coach. The teapot also has scalloped edges and a brown floral rim and the lid has brown floral decoration on the edge. The saucers only have scalloped edges and a brown floral rim. The cups have a straight rim and only the impressed words “J&G Meakin” and “England”, no backstamp.

The set consists of –

· 1 Teapot - measures 22.5cm to the top of the lid.

· 10 cups - measure 8cm in height;

· 13 saucers – measure 15cm in diameter;

· 1 open sugar bowl, measures 6.5cm in height and 11.5cm in diameter.

One cup has a tiny chip on the rim. Other than that there are no cracks or chips, only age crazing, and the items do not show signs of being used often.
