Jackfruit seedlings

Jackfruit is a super-fast grower producing delicious large fruits with the taste of litchi, mango and cream, the size of a watermelon and sometimes even larger. 

They are self-pollinating but they do produce more fruits when there are cross pollination with two trees. 

Growing in tropical areas, they do require protection from frost during their first 3 years of growth. So do make sure that you grow them in a area that is protected against strong wind and direct frost. Pretty much how you would treat a mango tree. You can grow them in containers until your tree is large enough where you feel comfortable transplanting it into your garden.
