The Jaguar D-Type Le Mans sportscar is instantly recognised even today by its unique and iconic tall stabiliser fin behind the driver's seat. The D-Type won Le Mans in 1955, 1956 and again in 1957 where it took 5 of the top 6 places.

It also won numerous other sportscar races worldwide right up to 1963. A legendary sportscar 75 being built in total.

The aerodynamic shape was designed by the famous Malcolm Sayer who went on to design the Jaguar E-Type which draw heavily on the style of the D-Type.

A stylish model excellently portrayed by CMR and capturing the curvaceous style of the car and its delightful presence.

In mint condition and supplied in its original box also mint.

From my private collection imported. More Le Mans/Sportscars to follow.
