LEVEL 1
Get moving with a gentle warm-up followed by one mile of low-impact aerobic walking. Then, reward yourself with a soothing cooldown.
LEVEL 2
After a warm-up, we'll briskly walk one mile to get our heart rate up, burn calories, and work all major muscle groups. We'll end with a cooldown and essential stretch.
